Mississippi has 28 counties listed without county-wide zoning and 20 with county zoning.48 The leading counties without county-wide zoning include Winston County, Adams County, Newton County, Attala County, Greene County, Lincoln County, Montgomery County, Neshoba County.4 Use the Mississippi no-zoning list to compare those county answers.4
