Only 1 Massachusetts county, Bristol County, is listed without county-wide zoning; 13 counties are listed with zoning.314 Massachusetts zoning ordinances and bylaws are adopted by cities and towns, so a county-wide zoning answer cannot establish whether a particular parcel permits a home, RV or agricultural use.4
