Every county page ends with a Property hunt section that sends readers to LandSearch, Realtor.com, and Zillow. One local seller per county can replace those buttons, and gets a line on the first screen of the page, right under the county name, with your name, what you sell, your phone, and a link to your listings. Readers who want land in that county see you and nobody else.
Price
$49 a month per county, or $490 a year
One seller per county, first come, first served. Cancel any time; the card comes down at the end of the paid period. Readers who land on a county page are already past the “where” question and are reading the permit, zoning, septic, and well rules for that exact county.

What it is and is not
Placement, never influence
- The card is always labeled “Featured local seller” and links here, so readers know it is a placement.
- Index scores, county rules, guides, and citations are built from public records and are not for sale. A seller cannot change a word of them.
- The generic listing-site buttons come off a county page while a seller holds it. Readers can still search those sites themselves; we just stop sending them there.
- We decline sellers we cannot verify as a real business with real inventory, and we remove a card on credible complaints.
